Quality Check Preparation
Ensure the saree is unused, unwashed, and includes all original tags, blouse pieces, and packaging in its original condition.
Schedule Pickup
Once your request is approved, our courier partner will visit your address to collect the package at a scheduled time.
Refund or Exchange
After a successful quality inspection at our warehouse, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your chosen exchange item.
